Iranian Website Promoting Chastity and Hijab Compares Women Without Wearing a Hijab With a 3 Base Chair

Using prints on posters, clothes and bags to persuade women to wear the Hijab for modesty and morality and for following the Islamic Dress Code.

The Arabic word Hijab literally means curtain or cover. Muslim countries like Iran, Saudi Arabia and the Indonesian special territory Aceh require women in public to wear a cover or Hijab [in Indonesia the word Jilbab is used] as part of Shari’a Laws and Islamic Dress Code. Hamas is also “persuading” Gazan women to wear a hijab in public in its efforts to Islamize the Gaza Strip and turn it into Hamasstan.

Religious police units like the Mutaween in Saudi Arabia or paramilitary volunteer militia like the Iranian Basij are patrolling Saudi and Iranian streets and beaches to look for offenders.

Forcing women to wear a Hijab is seen as a far greater virtue in Iran’s Shi’ism and Saudi’s Wahhabism today than the freedom of choice, freedom of self-expression and women rights.

In the West, Muslims in general always appeal on these Western democratic rights for wearing a veil whenever and wherever they want [even Turkish prime minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan mentioned this “as a democratic right for Muslims” in his attempt to allow the veil on Turkish universities], but in many Muslim countries these same Western democratic values suddenly are rejected when they contradict Islamic beliefs with the oppression of women as a result. That’s what I call double standard.

The majority of the Iranian Women are opposed to the enforcement of wearing Hijab by Iranian religious police

Quotes and Sayings

About the Region, Islam and cultural totalitarianism...

(Unlike Muslims), the other religious groups did not have a universal mission, and the holy war was not a religious duty to them, save only for purposes of defence… They are merely required to establish their religion among their own people. This is why the Israelites after Moses and Joshua remained unconcerned with royal authority for about four hundred years. Their only concern was to establish their religion.
