We are a non-commercial (not-for-profit) independent website and not affiliated with a political party or a commercial organization. The purpose of this site is to be an information site on Middle East Affairs, Israel, Islam and related subjects. Our mission is to provide you with in depth information and analysis on subjects like the Middle East Peace Process, the Arab-Israeli conflict, Antisemitism, Global Islam, Islamism, Hamas, Hezbollah and Middle East countries like Israel, Iran, Turkey, Lebanon, Syria and Egypt.
Ongoing Middle Eastern Issues involving Israel, Arab countries, the Palestinians, Islamism and other regional issues are threatening regional peace and continues to dominate the world press, where there is little optimism it will and can be resolved speedily. The leaders of our world, the Middle East and Israel are facing many challenges, but also have many opportunities to make peace in the Middle East.
But the current world leaders have failed to learn the lessons from the past in dealing with contemporary terrorism, extremism, (religious) regional differences and Middle Eastern cultures. And it is essential to be informed beyond the headlines with backgrounds and analysis on Middle Eastern Affairs as it happens. Therefore we see it as our task to help inform the public, media, NGO’s and political organizations around the world about Israel and the Middle East.
Peace in the Middle East, or anywhere else for that matter, can only be achieved if there’s a willingness to make peace. Not all who are involved in the Middle Eastern Issues are expressing a willingness for peace. War against our Freedom is waging, not only in the Middle East, but also around the world, and in the minds and hearts of many people. Against Israel, but also against Liberty, Democracy, Freedom of Expression, Women Rights, Freedom of Religion, and so on… and it does so relentlessly!
